上款：「霽林」即胡肇智（1807-1871），績溪城內人，金紫胡氏之後，乃胡澍之四叔。道光十七年（1837）拔貢，次年朝考一等，授七品京官。他終身為官，歷任福建汀州知府、福建省軍需局務、陝西按察使、順天知府，累官至吏部右侍郎。工書。
