上款：「志文」即馮連均（1917－2010），廣東人。香港資深新聞工作者，「李志文」或「李文」為其筆名，長期服務於〈華僑日報〉，歷任編輯、總主筆等職。他對經濟深有研究，評論文章經常見於報端。
工作之餘，與文藝界人士時有過從，獲贈作品甚多。本幅即中國「改革開放」初期，畫家甫恢復與海外接觸時所贈。
