with deep rounded sides rising from a slightly tapered foot, the exterior carved with overlapping petals with raised central ribs resembling a lotus, applied overall with a smooth sage-green glaze stopping over the neatly cut footring revealing a pale greyish buff body
Condition
The bowl is in overall good condition. It is nicely potted with a neatly cut foot rim. There is a line of discolouration in the glaze encircling rim on the exterior which appears to be original to the firing. The surface is very tactile.
