the flattened body carved rising from a short foot to a rounded shoulder and short tapered neck, the exterior worked on one side with a scene of a cat chasing a butterfly fluttering above it, the detail skilfully picked out with the russet inclusions in the stone
Condition
The bottle is in overall good condition. There is some minor surface pitting on the reverse. The actual colour is slightly warmer, the russet skin less red, more caramel brown compared to the catalogue illustration.
