《雲汀敬製》款 - porcelain
decorated around the exterior with a retreat complex named yinxinshiwu within borders of willow trees, detailed with three figures hauling boats along a river undulating in the forefront and inscribed with a five column poetic inscription in the reverse, the base inscribed in iron-red with a four-character seal mark yunting jingzhi
Condition
There are minor fritting to the mouthrim, occasional body lines, iron spots and pinpricks especially to the base. The unglazed footring also has a few minute nicks, but overall the bowl is in very good condition.

Yinxinshiwu was the study room of the famous Qing dynasty (1644-1911) official Tao Shu. Tao Shu (1779-1839), zi Zilin, Ziyun, hao Yunting, a native of Anhua, Hunan province, was an achieved official during the Jiaqing (1796-1820) and Daoguang (1820-1850) period.
