The work is in good condition overall, as is the canvas, which is clear and taut. There is light wear and handling on the margins, along with associated minor paint losses on the top margin (center right), right margin (middle) and bottom margin (left corner), but paint layers and impastos are healthy and stable. Upon close observation, there is evidence of faint hair-line craquelures on the top margin (blue/ grey paints), right register (yellow impastos) and lower left margin (dark grey paints). Mild accretion is visible predominantly on the top right quadrant. Examination under ultraviolet light shows no evidence of restoration. Framed.
