Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain rubies of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered M40310, maker's mark. Stamped with French assay marks and 750 for gold, French assay marks for platinum. Rubies stated to weigh a total of 35.76 carats, very well matched in colour, with medium strong saturation, with typical crystal inclusions. Diamonds stated to weigh a total of 3.25 carats, G-H colour, VS clarity, as graded in the mounting. Little signs of wear to the mounting. In excellent condition. Total gross weight approximately 32 grams.
