The watch is preserved in pristine and mint condition in its original Patek Philippe double seal. Very rare and collectible, highly recommended! 於2012年在巴塞爾鐘錶展上首度發行，5213型號三問萬年曆備逆跳日期腕錶由515顆零件組成，搭載R 27 PS QR機芯。搭配經典軍官式錶殼及立體寶璣式數字和指針，品牌為5213型號裝上40.6毫米別富現代感的大錶殼。

百達翡麗擅長以不同設計概念包裝組合相同的複雜功能，曾多次為同類型精密機芯配上不同的時尚外型。新型號的錶身由酒桶形蛻變為圓形，故5213G型號被視為5013型號的進化版。因其軍官式錶殼，5213G型號亦被指帶有5016型號的色彩，只是少了陀飛輪功能。此外，除逆跳指針萬年曆顯示方式略有不同，5213G型號與5074型號的功能相同，展示百達翡麗作為偉大鐘錶製造商的獨有創意。

此次為本型號於發行後首次亮相拍場。
