Movement and all pushers are in working order when cataloguing. The striking sound is very harmonized and crisp with even pace. Dial is clean and intact, the index 8 has very slight signs of discoloration but can be easily clean. Case with very superficial surface scuffs. Crisp hallmark with no signs of any polishing. The watch is very well preserved. This is a highly recommended rare timepiece. Collectible item! 為慶祝品牌成立150週年，百達翡麗於1989年發行了3974型號紀念錶款，這無疑是品牌最重要的錶款之一。此錶搭載了三問，萬年曆及24小時顯示等功能，以22K金擺陀自動上鏈，造就了劃時代的複雜腕錶。

其自動上鍊機芯Cal. R 27 Q，由467個零部件組成，直徑僅為28毫米，厚度僅7毫米，完美展現了百達翡麗精密製造的技術成就及品牌引以為傲的清脆簧音。其錶殼由大師Jean-Pierre Hagmann 先生親手精製，Jean Pierre Hagmann先生為世界知名的錶殼工匠，專為頂尖錶廠製作錶殼，其中包括百達翡麗一系列具備三問功能的高端複雜腕錶如3974、3979及5029等型號，可見其非凡工藝及舉足輕重之地位，JHP標記印於右下錶耳後方。3974型號曾推出18k黃金，粉紅金，白金及鉑金材質，於2000年停產，據了解總生產量僅為100-120枚。
