釋文：故人昔隱東蒙峰，已佩含景蒼精龍。故人今居子午谷，獨在陰厓結茅屋。屋前太古元都壇，青石漠漠松風寒。子歸夜啼山竹裂，王母晝下雲旗翻。知君此計誠長往，芝草瑯玕日應長。鐵鏁高垂不可攀，致身福地何蕭爽。工部《元都壇歌》。
右詩說詩家此以王母對杜鵑，為老杜之畧□，湛若與雲軃娘論及亦云君不聞「王母晝下雲旗翻」耶。以王母對杜鵑也，予每見轍喚之非自矜，杜鵑蜀王名耳，王母女仙名也，然杜鵑人身而鳥名，西王母人首而蛇身而戴勝，此正工部精到處也。要亦隨手得來，專尋亦不可得。予作此書時，足疾□疾甚闌時。亦自甚得意，亦隨手得來，專尋不可得。
款識：己未（1799）四月，越均六哥屬，二樵山人黎簡。鈐印：黎簡私印、五百六峰草堂
