(王)釋文:薄薄春衫淡淡妝,娉婷斜立水雲鄉。綠裙搖曳腰肢軟,粉頭低垂眉黛香。風透小窓塵不染,月窺半面玉生光。洛神秀質瀾相似,肯與凡葩闘艷芳。款識:王穉登補石并題。鈐印:青羊君、王穉登印
題跋:(孔)馬守真,秦淮名妓,以善畫蘭號湘蘭子。義氣豪俠,色藝傾動一時。伯榖先生曾脫湘蘭于難。萬曆十四年甲辰(見注)秋,先生七十,初度湘蘭。買樓船載嬋娟數十,到飛絮園置酒稱觴。吳中嘖嘖誇盛世。時湘蘭已五十七歲,容華少減,風韻為故。先生戲語之曰:「卿真雞皮三少,惜余不能為申公巫臣耳。」此卷寫贈先生,先生又為之補石。所題己亥(1599)冬月,是上壽之先五年也。黃涪翁詩云:「凌波仙子生塵襪,水上輕盈步微月。」風緻有為此者,湘蘭其自為寫照乎?咸豐三年(1853)歲癸丑仲春,廣陶跋。鈐印:岳雪樓、孔八郎、少唐
(胡)驀囬首,小紅橋畔。舊園淒迷,畫船低岸。賸粉殘脂,一痕酸楚,一痕淡。病煙繚冗更一段,柔香不枝。嬝娜風花憑棖觸,勝朝哀怨。
盼斷,在京華那角,滿紙春愁無限。(往在京,見湘蘭與薛素素合作蘭弖,上有竹垞,八分書小詞一首,紙本,精妙)飄零成歎有素素,丰神一半賦新詞。朱十親題也,抵得王郎詩。看綠野堂前,今日重揩倦眼。(調寄長亭怨,用葉中泠香冢均)

淒斷,話興亡世感,飽了雪霜無限。蘭嗟恙歎枉占卻,水云天半問冷月,今為誰嬌,算只許神仙癡看,一硯春香到,星星愯眼。(湘蘭愯眼鐫百谷小篆并星星二字)。

注:孔廣陶題跋中「萬曆十四年甲辰」為誤記,查萬曆十四年為丙戌(1856)。萬曆三十二年為甲辰(1604),正好是馬守貞作此畫後5年,符合孔廣陶後面題跋中「是上壽之先五年」。王穉登時年69歲,馬守貞時年56歲,而孔廣陶記其虛歲為「先生七十,...,時湘蘭已五十七歲」。
