the deep rounded sides lightly molded on the exterior with a band of upright lotus petals, covered overall in a blue-green glaze stopping just above the foot, the footrim unglazed and burnt a light brown in the firing

There are spur marks to the base of the interior, as well as some minor kiln flaws to the glaze. On one side of the exterior, there is an approx. 3 in. (7.5 cm) firing flaw. The glaze has an overall matte appearance.
