the sides divided with six lobes and resting on a splayed foot, each lobe carved in low relief with a lotus bloom issuing leaves on each side, all above a palmette band above the foot, the lobed base with concentric bands of chrysanthemum petals, the stone of an even celadon-white tone with few white streaks

Condition
The general condition of the bowl is quite good, with the exception of some general wear and one minor nick to the rim. There are a few minor nibbles to the petal tips of the base and an approximately 0.5 cm. nick to a petal in the medallion. The actual colour is a tinge greyer than the catalogue photo.
