款識：
雁湫之瀑煙蒼蒼，中條之瀑雷琅琅，匡廬之瀑浩浩如河江，惟有天臺之瀑不奇在瀑奇石梁：如人側卧一肱張，力能撐開八萬四千丈，放出青霄九道銀河霜。
甲午春，與謝、牛、高、王四子驅車馳浙西道上虞而臺州。次日登天臺，午時飯後入小銅壺，行山澗中，半始見西石梁飛瀑。但見兩崖石壁陰蒼蒼，中夾白龍凌空而下，瀑上石梁橫亘，梁後歷代題識無數。瀑左古寺名「方廣」，始建於晉，剎已居壽千年。寺因瀑名，瀑以寺重，天臺佳景，佛名得名揚天下矣。返滬念念不忘，遂作是圖并題魏默深詩以長畫意。湯哲明畫於海上。
鈐印：「 湯氏」、「哲明」、「醉流霞」、「景宋山房」、「把酒祝東風且共從容」。
