-Light foxing can be found at the bottom and at the top of the painting, which can be improved by restoration. Sign of restoration can be found along the right edge, where there appears to be paper loss previously. Otherwise, generally in good condition.

註：陳大羽畢業於上海美術專科學校，後得友人引薦，攜畫求教於齊白石。一九四五年，遷居北平，投白石門下，藝事益進，作品又得其題曰「下筆之超雅，陳生過我」，又曰「……天道酬勤，大羽弟應得大名」，表字「大羽」，亦由乃師所取，遂以字行。

本幅寫於一九四七年，乃畫家傳世較少之早期作品。以金秋花卉多種入畫，構圖、用色、題款，以至選用紙材尺幅，皆見白石影響之痕迹。
