註：李義弘，生於一九四一年，字在川，台南西港人。畢業於國立台灣藝術專科學校，受教於高—峰、傅狷夫等，一九六九年入江兆申門下。他長期從事藝術教育工作，七九年舉辦首次個展後多次舉辦展覽，作品屢次得奬，先後獲中山文藝奬及吳三連文藝奬等。八四年起任教台北藝術大學廿多年直至退休。
其畫風清雅脫俗，筆法蒼勁，以簡約的筆墨線條表現台灣特有的山石丘壑與涓涓河流。他嗜攝影，取景佈局靈活，突破傳統水山畫之造景格局，形成其獨特風格。對紙材講究，將其特性融合創作，展現文人丘壑外，別具精緻趣味，本幅即寫於廣興細目羅紋楮皮紙上。
