註：收藏者伉儷皆出生於上海，抗戰期間結識林風眠先生。友誼維持多年，並擴及彼此家人，與畫家夫人愛麗絲及女兒林蒂娜都有往來。他曾隨風眠先生習畫，其任職攝影記者的兄弟在勝利後親赴畫家的杭州寓所採訪。他兄弟倆俱好林氏畫藝，並收藏其作品。他在一九五二年離開中國，先後於香港及美國生活。七十年代後期，畫家獲准來港，他們八五年得以重聚香江。其收藏之〈鬧天宮〉於二〇〇七年四月在香港蘇富比釋出。
