趙少昂 (1905-1998)

春和我兄同遊青山，歸途遠眺所得，燈下寫此贈之，以紀遊踪。少昂。時在甲戌秋八月。
此予五十餘年前之作也，寫後重見得，尚不惡，欣然再題一過。己巳新春。少昂時年八十五。

註：一九三四年，趙少昂與黃少強、葉少秉、容漱石、周一峰等六人在廣州創立「六人畫會」。是年八月，在香港佛學會舉辦〈六人繪畫展覽會〉。本幅寫於同期，曰「同遊青山」，入畫者應是時尚未開發的香港郊區 ─ 青山。樹蔭一角所現之房舍，或為香港三大古刹之一的青山禪院。
畫中筆墨簡潔如寫生稿，正是紀遊之作。其色輕淡，氣息自然清新，在少昂作品中實屬稀見，難怪半世紀後復睹時欣然重題。
