上款：「蒓衷」即陳宗藩（1879-1954），福建閩侯人。官費留學日本，入東京帝國大學。返國後，歷任官職，復投身銀行界。三五至三七年間，出任北平市參議員。北平陷敵，他轉為從事講學研究。四九年後在中央文史館工作。
