Condition
The work is generally in good condition. There are slight crackalures near the extreme corners of the canvas, extending to the sides. This is due to the mounting process and the laying of the threads on canvas, which is consistent with the artist's intention. There are no signs of retouching under UV light inspection. Please note that the central area of the canvas is cut out by the artist to reveal an oil on paper behind, which is not apparent in the image in the printed catalogue.
