喇叭口，長頸直腹，圈足座較高，腹和圈足各有四道扉棱。腹部飾倒立的夔龍紋，圈足飾倒立的鳳鳥紋，皆以雲雷紋填地。

銘云亞隻之觚者既有兩器，北京故宮藏器竝美國私人藏器也。就後者，陳夢家謂“傳出于安陽郊外大司空村”。本器雖未曾著錄，殆為同出器無疑。器身帶兩段文樣，上飾倒立龍文而下飾倒立鳳文，一器中兼備龍鳳兩文，頗為稀見。其制亦精緻雅順，蓋為殷王室工房製作器矣。丙戊大暑，七十二翁松丸道雄誌於武州天童樓金石書窟中。
