Condition
This work is in very good condition. There are three faint stains next to the character "Xin", on the bottom left side. There are very few scattered spots of foxing, due to material aging.

1980年，席德進因胰臟癌入院開刀，切除膽管。身體的病痛並未打倒他，他仍每天練字作畫，在靜觀中提筆，在無為中書寫。如其於此大尺幅的宣紙上，大氣磅礡地寫下「感時花濺淚」一文句，此出自唐代著名詩人杜甫的〈春望〉，全文為：「國破山河在，城春草木深。 感時花濺淚，恨別鳥驚心。 峰火連三月，家書抵萬金。 白頭搔更短，渾欲不勝簪。」藝術家以書法抒情，氣魄雄渾，力透紙背，在字裡行間，飽含的是他對生命的激情，與那悸動的心。
