Inscription on the cuvette reads, "To W.O. Bonnie as a token of love and gratitude for the Devoted and loyal fullfillment of Trust to the Wife Daughter and Sons of his beloved brother Robert P. Bonnie. - Oct 3rd - 1920". Movement running at time of cataloguing, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Minute repeating function lags and requires cleaning. Vacheron Constantin has confirmed that the case and movement numbers of the present lot were recorded in their 1919 archives.
