• 錶殼雕鏤交錯飾帶，兩枝琺瑯月桂花配半透明綠色葉子，由紅色琺瑯蝴蝶結捆着，印有雕刻並內填白色琺瑯品牌標誌J.N. Adorno's Geographica and Astronomical Watch No.,1 Made by the Inventor，特別球體錶冠於凹槽黃金錶弓與揭蓋式懸掛環內旋轉，錶側備同款雕鏤報時打簧滑動杆，獨立秒針開始/停止按鈕和日曆調校滑動杆

Highly unusual and unique piece, Running The repeat is very resonant, Calendar function not setting Reccomend overhaul Bezel enamel with some losses to red on the leafage, the name Adorno on the bezel with some restoration,to the top of D O and R now discolored, scratches to the tint on the nocturnal portion of the crystal, blued steel dial surrounds rubbed,,

此品上的簽名「J.N. Adorno」應代表Juan Nepomuceno Adorno (1807-1880)，他出生於墨西哥城，是發明家、工程師、天文學家、製圖員、哲學家、作家和音樂學家，在當時被認為是相當超前的。

他最為人熟悉應是於他於1851年出版的著作《Introduction to the Harmony of the Universe》中所描述的烏托邦社會。此書在他於倫敦居住時，先以英文出版。在1862年於墨西哥出版西班牙文版。

Adorno被稱為不倦的發明家，於1860年代及1870年代把種類繁多的發明品呈交到墨西哥當局，包括軍事裝備、 會計設備，一個「萬花筒機器」用來防止偽造公文，一個音樂機器，在發出聲音的同時可以謄寫音符。他部份發明在1855年於巴黎的Imperial Exposition展出。

我們雖無法找到有關他對鐘錶學研究的資料，但他對科學及天文的認知則很清楚。從他的名字於手錶上出現的次數可看出他引以為傲，此手錶型號1相信是Adorno製造的唯一一只手錶，兩個錶盤都有明顯J.N. Adorno的簽名，錶框及機芯亦明顯簽署。
