In nearly untouched condition. The movement is running at the time of cataloguing, however it may require service soon. The dial shows no visible imperfections. The case shows very few nearly imperceptible surface scuffs. The strap of this watch contains endangered species; please see Important Notices for further information. 型號5013於1992年面世，是百達翡麗所製作的最複雜的腕錶之一，總共有515個零件。於2011年停產。在二十世紀初期百達翡麗生產少量三問腕錶。於1989年為慶祝品牌的150周年，品牌生產了一款三問腕錶，是首枚備有自動機芯。這新品繼而發展出型號5013，第一枚三問腕錶備自動機芯結合備逆跳日期顯示的萬年曆。

逆跳日期顯示指針沿著270度的弧形移動，在每月的最後一日午夜，指針會飛返去每月第一日。在這精確控制的飛返階段，指針從傳動系統斷開，並巧妙地於每月1日再結合，以確保它不會快進了一天。

型號5013的錶殼向近代拍賣中最重要的一枚手錶編號97589以示尊敬，為Henry Graves, Jr.製作的酒桶形黃金三問腕錶，紐約蘇富比於2012年6月以大約三百萬美元售出。另一枚著名的例子，編號198.212，為Henry Graves, Jr.製作的鉑金Tortue形錶殼，參考Huber, M. & Banbery, A. 著，《Patek Philippe Wristwatches》，第二版，315頁，圖版470a-d，有圖片說明。此手錶正於百達翡麗博物館展出。
