The movement is running at the time of cataloguing and the chronograph and calendar are operating correctly, however it may benefit from a service soon. 型號5004是鐘錶學中的極致典範，充分展現鐘錶製作的藝術。於1995年開始生產，直到2009年才停產。此型號的計時機芯由Nouvelle Lemania生產，是非百達翡麗內部製造機芯的最後一型號。

此品為此型號的第一代，機芯編號由879501至879999，屬最早期的生產。

由407件配件組成，此手錶藏機芯CHR 27-70Q，巧妙地結合追針計時和萬年曆功能。追針計時可同一時間開始多個計時，採用百達翡麗專利的追針脫離機械裝置，精確度達幾分之一秒。萬年曆功能設24小時、閏年顯示及精密月相裝置。
