The work is in good condition overall, as is the panel, which is free from warping. Indication of light wear and handling is evident around the edges of the painting, but the paint layers are well-preserved. Upon close observation shows an "U" shaped paint loss above the row of houses near the bridge, along with pinholes on the four corners inherent to the artist's working method. Examination under ultraviolet light reveals no evidence of restoration. Framed.
