寬流，尖尾上翹，圜腹，三條刀形足外撇。流和尾下飾蕉葉紋，填以饕餮紋，頸飾三角紋，腹飾獸面紋，均以雲雷紋為地。
兩器內壁均鑄有銘文四字：（臣曾）作父丙。

Both vessels are in overall good condition. The surfaces have been cleaned, with traces of malachite encrustation.

圜腹爵是爵類器物中極其罕見的一種器形。這對爵杯不僅造型獨特，而且在內壁鑄有四字銘文‘（臣曾）作父丙’。爵類器物一般將銘文鑄於鋬內，銘文鑄於器內壁的例子十分罕見。這對《父丙爵》出自陳仁濤舊藏，並著錄於《金匱論古初集》。陳氏為著名錢幣收藏家，其收藏的新莽‘國寶金匱值萬’為海內孤品，因名齋號曰‘金匱室’。‘金匱室’所藏金石亦富，其中不乏珍品重器。
