- bronze
喇叭口，長頸直腹，外撇圈足，下有高折沿，腹和圈足各有四道扉棱。頸部飾蕉葉紋，內填倒置的饕餮紋，其下有蛇紋一周，腹和圈足均飾饕餮紋，圈足上沿飾夔龍紋一周，通體又以精細的雷紋襯地。
圈足內壁鑄銘文一字：刀。

觚為飲酒器，常與爵配對形成基本的禮器組合。本件青銅觚鑄工精美，造型優雅，通體飾以‘三層花’風格的紋飾。圈足內一字族徽可釋作‘刀’，為一把立在三足形樽上的卷首刀的造型。
金才記古玩行開設於民國初年，其創始人金才寶於光緒年間就在上海從事古董買賣。在滬經營30年間，金才記以買賣青銅器、石刻造像、唐三彩以及宋元名瓷為主，曾是上海最大的古玩行之一，與葉叔重的禹貢古玩號、戴福保的福源齋和張雪庚的雪畊齋並稱舊上海古玩界‘四大金剛’。 1949年以後，金氏遷居香港，在港繼續古玩經營。
