Condition
In original, unrestored, possibly (probably) unpolished condition. The dial is in excellent condition, the movement is in good visual conditon but a service should be considered essential and the watch should not be used until one is performed as I expect it has remained unworn in a safe for 30 years. The movement is running but should not be considered reliable nor accurate.

To celebrate their 150th anniversary in 1983 Jaeger-LeCoultre re-released iconic models previously manufactured. The triple calendar moonphase from 1956 with tear-drop lugs represents one of the the most classic models from the company during the era and would have been seen as the ideal re-edition in 1983.
