漢業存亡俯仰中，留候於此每從容。固陵始議韓彭地，覆道方圖雍齒封。

-Overall in good condition, and the scroll has been significantly stabilized by the mounting
-Paper bears a tanned tone due to age
-Minor restorations of paper loss can be found throught the calligraphy
-One horizontal folding mark across the calligraphy at the bottom of the painting
