周墨南（1916-1992），即古琴閣主人，山東膠縣人。抗戰時加入國民黨，後考入國立復旦大學，畢業未久棄筆從戎加入青年遠征軍，曾在國防部新聞局擔任政訓指導員等職。赴台後，以古董書畫為業，與于右任、張大千、溥心畬等相友善。
