戊辰三月十二日，由中央公園看鶴并鷺鷥歸，點鐙畫稿。
翅。
此二稿也。一縮頸，一申頸。

鈐印：「齊大」。

-Creases could be found on the painting, which could be improved by restoration. Signs of restoration could be found at the left and right corner, and along a border of the painting. Signs of paper loss at the middle and the lower part of the painting, which could be improved by restoration. Otherwise, generally in good condition.

註：白石老人擅觀察自然，體會捕捉微妙處，偶有所得，即記於紙
上，故積畫稿甚夥，日後多捐贈北京畫院。
畫家性節儉，辦事務實，畫稿用紙，不拘尺寸大小、材質新舊優劣，
隨手檢起即用，粗陋如包裝紙張，他卻經常採用，本幅即此類畫稿之
一。

畫中白鷺乃中央公園觀察所得，雙頭一身，實筆墨經濟之故，伸頸縮
頸之間，畢盡兩鷺姿態矣！足証老人點到即止，削繁適簡之創作態
度。稿上具鈐印一方，似為好事者見而索取，畫家允諾，遂補印歸之。
