拍品資料及來源

註:大千先生平生好遊歷過,一九六五年秋與張目寒、王季遷夫
婦等有瑞士之行,最大收獲莫過於啟發自當地湖光山色而見於筆
下的作品。是時,其潑墨潑彩技巧已臻大盛之期,施用於雪山翠
湖之異域風光,兼以抽象手法表現之,可謂因地因材制宜之道。
聰慧如大千者,遂在是年八月在倫敦舉行的個展中,取潑彩抽象
法創作了不少瑞士風光作品,應是歐遊心影之具體呈現,本幅即
其一。

在是次倫敦個展中,以「瑞奧道中」為題作品共有四幀,尺幅如
一,惜目錄中只得畫題未見載於圖版,未悉各自面貌之別,若參
照同年名作〈瑞奧道中〉,或可推知基本構圖皆顯兩地毗鄰處之
嶂巒聳峙,峭壁圍繞的峽谷中,上有瀑泉飛瀉,甬道盤旋蜿蜒其
間。本幅則更趨抽象,除岸沿、峯頂及巉巖稍稍用筆勾劃或擦染
出輪廓外,畫面空間幾被大塊面潑墨覆蓋,青綠混融其中,色墨
互籠,如翠碧般的礦物顏料潑灑於上,似流霞飄盪,雲嵐遊走,
而大片色墨中見一綫留白,如匹練迸裂山體破壁而出,造化變幻
之微妙盡收其筆底。畫上無題跋,僅落款,鈐名印,復添干支印
示創作年份。從畫風至題款整套完整的處理手法,乃畫家力圖突
破以進軍國際市場的大膽嘗試,這次倫敦畫展無疑是最佳的試金
石。若細閱其他展品,如〈青城山〉通景四屏、〈三巴話舊〉、〈山市
晴嵐〉等名作一一備列,份量如何,不難知曉。誠如畫家所料,西
方藝術愛好者對此新風格反應不俗,本幅原藏者在展覽開幕的第
三天即購入,至今方重新面世,保存幾近半世紀了!
