- 《大明宣德年製》款
小瓶為葫蘆形，歛口露胎，雙圓腹，束腰，下腹飾一穿繫圓紐孔。外壁滿繪葡萄，枝葉蔓生，近底處畫花瓣層層疊疊，自器底而出，妙作蜀葵花一朵。口沿下橫書青花六字楷款。

形狀如斯者，極為稀少，此瓶或屬孤品。相類瓷品，可參考一青花臥葫蘆形雀食器，葫蘆水平橫置，雙口向上，前端仍留捲反瓜蒂，二度經香港蘇富比售出，分別為1983年5月11日之編號96及1987年5月19日之編號237（趙從衍收藏），並收錄於耿寶昌，《明清瓷器鑒定》，香港，1993年，頁48，圖84。書中也發表該器及一豎直葫蘆式雀食器之線圖，出處同上，頁49，圖85:8及14。另有一例，造型奇特，呈管狀，有如意形切面，繪捲草紋，收錄於《明代宣德官窰菁華特展圖錄》，國立故宮博物院，台北，1998年，編號6。
