In good condition. The pear-shaped briolette sapphire is medium light violetish blue and moderately included. Although the inclusions cause the sapphire to be semi-transparent, they give the stone a decorative quality that enhances the artistic nature of the brooch. The emeralds are medium light green and range from moderately to heavily included, most with surface reaching fractures. The pear-shaped sapphires are medium violetish blue and range from lightly to moderately included. The diamonds are approximately G-I color, VS clarity. The clusters of sapphires on the bottom and the side of the brooch are articulated so they can move when the brooch is worn.
