In good condition, with light scratching and wear commensurate with age. The large old European-cut diamond in the pendant is approximately H-I color, VVS-VS clarity. The remaining diamonds are approximately G-J color, VS-SI clarity with some VVS examples. Evidence of solder on the removable brooch fitting, not visible when worn. Well-made with fine millegrain detailing throughout. The bottom of the pendant is lined with pendant loops, indicating it may have once supported a fringe. The catalogue illustration truncates the top of the necklace; the unseen section of the chain continues the same design.
