- porcelain
each with a flattened circular body rising from a spreading foot to a waisted neck, flanked by a pair of ruyi handles, both faces moulded with a peach-shaped panel brightly enamelled with a phoenix standing amongst blooming peonies, all encircled by stylised lotus scrolls on a blue ground, the neck with a band of confronting kui dragons below bats in flight amongst cloud scrolls, the sides with chilong amidst foliate scrolls

Condition
These moonflasks are in good condition, but each has a shallow chip to the left hand edge of one face each associated to a frit. There are some minor iron spots and burst bubbles to the glaze in various areas to the rim and sides of each. The light blue enamel of the handles is a bit inconsistent in its application and reveals area of white below.
