the deep rounded sides rising to a lipped rim, painted to the exterior in green, blue, yellow, aubergine and iron-red with fishermen and farmers at work and travellers journeying through an idyllic river landscape with pagodas, trees and jagged rocks, all below a band of swirls
Condition
This jardiniere is in good condition, but the green enamel to painted to the pine trees and rockwork has slighlty misfired and there are numerous scratches and burst air bubbles to the glaze on the rim. There is some minor glaze pulling and burst air bubbles to the glaze to the interior base. There is a star crack to the glaze of middle glazed section of the exterior base. There are also some glaze scratches to the exterior.
