of rectangular form, cast in openwork with mythical beasts including dragon, phoenix and qilin amongst stylised foliage and flowers, fitted with a deep tray and small tiered compartments, secured to a handled stand with a long pin which pierces across the sides of the cover
Condition
The chest is in very good condition with the exception of light rubbing to the gilding at the extremities and base.
