- Rhinoceros horn
盃口呈窩形蓮瓣狀，器內平素無飾。瓣尖外壁浮雕壽老持卷，乘鶴而至，下有臥鹿。另有八仙伴立兩旁，雕飾細膩傳神，各手執法器寶物，足踏鏤雕捲雲，活現水波之上。犀角瑩潤，色如淺栗。附木座。

Condition
There is some expected age wear to the carved decoration, and minor nicks to some of the Immortal's respective attribute but overall the libation cup is in very good condition.

此盃巧作清雅蓮瓣之形，妙飾八仙圖，以素地突顯人物浮凸立體效果，強化整體構圖空間感，精緻罕見。其雕工靈巧細膩，寫實生動，如八仙及乘鶴壽老，表情維妙維肖。儘管人物畜獸刻劃入微，整體佈局卻未見簇擁。八仙壽老立於高低不一之雲朵上，雲彩層疊掩映，妙成角盃圈足，足見匠師巧心。
都柏林 Chester Beatty Library 另藏同飾有八仙圖之角盃，尺寸較大，見 Jan Chapman，《中國犀角雕刻藝術》，倫敦，1999年，圖270-272，同書另載大阪市立博物館藏盃，與本品相類，圖版266。還可參考兩例，見倫敦蘇富比2011年5月11日，編號15，及香港蘇富比2009年4月8日，編號1688。
