Arabic manuscript on paper, 13 leaves plus 3 flyleaves, 4 lines to the page, written in Muhaqqaq script in black ink, verses separated by gadrooned gold florets, fifth verses marked with a pear-shaped marginal device of scrolling tentrils outlined in blue, tenth verses marked with a larger gold roundel containing the Arabic word 'Ashr', bordered in blue, opening folio with an illuminated panel surmounted by a headpiece with heading in white Eastern Kufic script amid gold scrolling vines against a blue ground, remnants of contemporary tooled morocco with geometric patterns incorporated into modern binding

In generally good overall condition, rebound with remnants of contemporary binding, calligrpahy bold and pages generally clean, as viewed.
