With that win, chassis number 198 played a significant role in securing Schumacher’s first championship. With this very car, Schumacher also secured pole position at the Monaco Grand Prix, and a fifth overall finish at the Spanish Grand Prix. Ferrari Classiche certified and highly eligible for Ferrari’s Corse Clienti program, this is a spectacular example from the beginning of Ferrari’s golden era of Formula 1.
