The Legendary Aston Martin Driven by Peter Sellers

London | 5 September 2018

Join automotive historian Stephen Archer as he hops in the driver’s seat of the 1961 Aston Martin DB4GT that the legendary actor Peter Sellers drove in his 1963 film, “The Wrong Arm of the Law”. The famous getaway car reaches high speeds in scenes from the movie, and it packs the same performance on the road today. Astonishingly original, this beautifully restored DB4GT is made all the more special by its factory rear occasional seats as well as the fact that it is the only example fitted with a 4-Litre engine block in period—making it the most powerful DB4GT built. This car will be a highlight of RM Sotheby’s London auction on 5 September at Battersea Evolution.
