Before Sotheby’s Impressionist, Modern and Contemporary Art auctions go on view in our newly expanded New York galleries, many of the season’s headlining lots traveled around the world to destinations including Paris, Los Angeles and San Francisco. On 17 April, Texas-based collectors had the chance to preview spring auction highlights at The Warehouse Dallas. Charlie Adamski Caulkins, Head of Office, Sotheby’s Dallas, and Michael Macaulay, Senior International Specialist, Contemporary Art, welcomed guests to a reception where art by Contemporary masters, such as Warhol, Richter, Fontana, Thiebaud and more, were on view.
