New York-based entrepreneur and aesthete Claire Olshan incorporates art in all she does, whether it’s her fashion boutique Fivestory, or new line of healthy snacks and quirky dining accessories called DADA Daily. This May, Olshan is collaborating with Sotheby’s for our Sleep of Reason: A Private Collection of Surrealist Art Online auction – on 6 May, she threw a stunning event in our galleries, where DADA Daily treats are also available for purchase at various times throughout our pre-sale exhibition. “To me, Sotheby’s is an institution that not only brings art of all genres to the public, but also curates each sale with such a discerning eye and great taste,” said Olshan. “Aesthetics have always guided me, both personally and professionally, and I couldn’t be more proud to collaborate with such an amazing company on an incredible collection of work.” Ahead, view Olshan’s favorite pieces from the sale.
DADA Daily snacks will be available for purchase in Sotheby's galleries on Friday, 10 May (11AM–3PM), Saturday, 11 May (11AM–3PM) and Sunday, 12 May (10AM–12:30PM).
