This autumn, Sotheby's will bring together two series of sales in Paris celebrating the very best of Old Masters. Our annual Master Sculpture sale will offer exceptional masterpieces spanning from the Middle Ages to the 19th century. Among the highlights are an original life-size marble of Narcissus sculpted in 1817 by Pierre-Nicolas Beauvallet and destinated to the Queen's Dairy at the Rambouillet château, as well as a rare set of three reliefs by Aubert Parent depicting the Seasons. For the Haute Epoque, the sale will offer a fine selection from the Antwerp collection of Bernard Descheemaeker, and important medieval works of art from the Collection of the Late Ernst Boehlen.
