S otheby’s transports you beyond the ordinary, to a world of wonder and discovery through art, luxury, and culture. Join us for a cinematic tribute to creative visionaries, in celebration of our forthcoming openings in Hong Kong, Paris and New York.

There is another world waiting – a place where you can find yourself and lose yourself.

Opening in July 2024, Sotheby’s Maison is situated in the most prestigious district of Hong Kong. This new location will become Asia’s collecting hub, providing an unparalleled reimagining of the art and luxury experience – allowing collectors and visitors alike to enjoy an array of extraordinary objects from across time and geographies. You can visit our first exhibition from July 27.

Sotheby’s new Parisian home will be open in mid-October 2024, at the historic 83 Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Previously home to the renowned Bernheim-Jeune gallery, the building lies at the heart of the city’s gallery and luxury district. Join us in Paris to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Surrealism and to preview the Modernités and Surrealism and its Legacy sale exhibitions.

In 2025, the Breuer building at 945 Madison Avenue will become the new address of Sotheby’s New York. It is one of the most important works of Brutalist architecture, as well as a beloved destination within a historic district encompassing Museum Mile. Built to house The Whitney Museum of American Art’s collection, it has since served as an outpost for The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the temporary site of The Frick Collection. Its next chapter will continue a proud legacy of sharing artistic innovation and achievement.
