Artist-centered champion for emergent creativity
This Italian contemporary art foundation was created in 1995 by the collector Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, with a particular emphasis on supporting young artists through new commissions. The foundation has two locations: one in Turin, in a building designed by Claudio Silvestrin, and the other in Guarene (currently closed), in a historic 18th-century palazzo. Both locations feature works from the collection, many of which were made in direct collaboration with the artists, as well as host world-class exhibitions, experimental projects, events and a young curators residency program. Its Art Park, on the San Licerio Hill in Guarene, presents large-scale outdoor sculpture and installations set among the surrounding vineyard landscape.
