Formed as five graduated diamond-set stars atop a gold frame, the centre front star interchangeable with an eight-pointed star, set throughout with cushion-shaped, circular- and rose-cut diamonds, the other four stars also detachable to be worn as brooches, inner length approximately 305mm.
